All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at support@brushifyhub.com. We will investigate and issue a replacement or full refund if confirmed lost.
