Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests only in the following situations:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The package was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier
- The item is significantly different from its description on our website
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Items that have been opened, used, or show signs of use
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Orders where incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer
How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@brushifyhub.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video evidence.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
